📦 Orders & Shipping

Q1: How long does it take to process and ship an order?
A: We process all orders within 48 business hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Q2: What are your shipping times?
A: Delivery times are typically:

USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 3–7 business days

Other countries: 9–12 business days Note: Delivery may vary depending on product availability and your location.

Q3: How can I track my order?
A: A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has shipped. You can also track your order anytime via our website’s “Track Your Order” page.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q4: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.

Q5: How do I request a return or refund?
A: Email support@craftiquedecor.shop with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if needed. Our team will provide return instructions.

Q6: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

A: Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing or shipped.
